With two new consoles on the market, the games will look and play better than ever before! The list below is in no particular order and just merely lists and discusses each game individually.

1. Grand Theft Auto V (PS3, Xbox 360)

Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto V is their “biggest, most dynamic, and most diverse” game yet. One of the main highlights of this entry to the series is their revamped online game that is actually set to be released a little after the game itself. Have no fear, the story and campaign will have you so busy that you wont even notice the online feature’s absence. Next Generation consoles have been left out of this one, but there is a rumored port in the works.

2. Watch Dogs (PS3, PS4, WiiU, Xbox 360, Xbox One)

This game is set in Chicago, where a centralized computer network is able to connect everyone and control all the cities vital functions. Players will play as Aiden Pearce, who is a brilliant hacker that just wants to seek justice for the tragedy that was brought upon his family. First off, this game looks amazing; when I saw the first trailer I had to do a double take and make sure I wasn’t watching a real life film. Second off, this game introduces new mechanics never seen before with a great story to keep gamers focused on their TVs all day.

3. Call of Duty: Ghosts (PS3, PS4, WiiU, Xbox 360, Xbox One)

This list wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the annual release of this years Call of Duty game. Ghosts is sure to continue the trend to great campaigns that pull you to the edge of your seat. However, as usual where this game shines is in its online game play. Call of Duty: Ghosts will allow players to customize their characters more than ever before and with a revamped audio and graphics engine, the game will play great and look amazing.

4. Battlefield 4 (PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One)

The Battlefield franchise is definitely one of this years best shooters. This years entry is probably going to be a worthy successor and is sure to build on top of the fundamental features and gameplay of its predecessors. Environments look better, react in real time, and are even more destructible this time around.

5. Assassin’s Creed IV – Black Flag (PS3, PS4, WiiU, Xbox 360, Xbox One)

This new entry into the Assassin’s Creed franchise takes players to the high seas. Sure to be yet another spectacular campaign, this game will have you playing for hours.

6. Titanfall (Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC)

Titanfall comes from Respawn Entertainment, a group of developers lead by two of the co-forunders of Infinity Ward. They have extensive experience making shooters, and it definitely shows in their new game. This game is sure to have a great campaign, but it really shines in its online mode. You will be able to destroy the battlefield in your titan or run and jump from building to building picking off other players. This game looks great, and its sure to never make you get bored with its game style versatility.

7. Killzone: Shadow Fall (PS4)

Promising to awe players with its amazing graphics yet again, this entry into the Killzone franchise will have you looking at amazing set pieces and engaging in intense warfare. It’s a shame that this game is a Sony exclusive because every gamer should be able to enjoy at least one Killzone game in their life.

8. Forza Motorsport 5 (Xbox One)

Known as one of the giants in the racing game industry, Forza Motorsport 5 has a lot to do in order to meet expectations. This game will of course look even better than it did in its previous generation titles and it will offer a unique cloud based game style for online play that will have your car race your friends even when you’re offline.

9. Destiny (PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One)

Coming from Bungie and Activision, the creators of Halo and Call of Duty, Destiny looks like the multiplatform Halo that we never got. This game follows an intriguing story line that puts our race in the defensive as mysterious and dangerous aliens take over the planet and our solar system. With a story line like this, what can there be not to love?

10. Mad Max (PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One)

Players will play as Mad Max, a sort of lone ranger that must go on an extremely dangerous journey to save his interceptor.
